MTW-Z European trapezium mill has stable performance, easy operation and low energy consumption; adjustable and controllable finished product size, wide application of grinding materials; equipped with special dust collector, the dust emission concentration is completely lower than the national environmental protection regulations. With the design of air inlet worm shell without resistance, the tangential airflow is smoother, the material fluidity is better and the energy consumption is lower. The curved shovel design can effectively increase the working area of material grinding and improve the production efficiency. High efficiency cage powder separator, not only high precision and efficiency, but also can eliminate the phenomenon of “coarse powder running”. Adopting thin oil lubrication, compared with the traditional grease lubrication method, the lubrication resistance is small and the oil temperature is low, which can effectively extend the bearing life.
After the bulk material is crushed to the required size by the jaw crusher, the material is sent to the storage hopper by the elevator, and then sent to the grinding chamber of the main machine continuously and evenly by the frequency feeder. After grinding, the material is sent to the powder selector by the fan airflow for classification. Under the action of the analyzer, the material that does not meet the fineness requirement falls into the grinding chamber for regrinding, while the qualified material enters the cyclone powder collector with the airflow through the pipe for separation and collection, and is discharged through the discharge device as the finished powder. The separated airflow enters the fan through the return air duct at the upper end of the cyclone collector. The system operates under positive and negative pressure, and the equipment is equipped with pulse dust collector, which is environmentally friendly.
