LUM ultra-fine vertical mill is a new type of ultra-fine grinding equipment designed by our company independently, based on the ordinary vertical mill and adopting the advanced Taiwan grinding roller technology and German powder selection technology. The equipment can be widely used in calcite, marble, limestone, heavy calcium, talc, barite, dolomite and other non-metallic minerals ultra-fine grinding processing, is the ideal equipment for large-scale non-metallic ore pulverizing scale plant.
LUM ultra-fine vertical mill, in order to avoid the problems of long material residence time, repeated grinding and high iron content in the traditional mill grinding process, we have designed a unique roller sleeve and liner grinding curve, the design obtains a high rate of finished products in one grinding, which greatly improves the efficiency, whiteness and clarity of finished products. Adopting PLC control system and multi-head powder selection technology, we have completely solved the two major problems of “high precision and accurate cutting of powder particle size and fast switching of different production requirements”, and users can precisely control the working parameters of the equipment such as grinding pressure and rotating speed.
