The LUM ultra-fine vertical mill is driven by a motor-driven reducer to rotate the grinding disc, and the material is fed into the center of the rotating grinding disc by the wind-lock feeding device. The grinding rollers rotate and grind continuously, so the material is crushed by extrusion, grinding and shearing action. At the same time, the hot air is sprayed out from the wind ring around the grinding disc at high speed and evenly, the material after grinding is blown up and dried, and enters the classifier with the wind, the qualified fine powder passes smoothly and is collected by the dust collection equipment as the product, the unqualified coarse powder falls back to the grinding disc under the action of the classifier blade and is reground together with the newly fed material, and so on, completing the whole process of grinding operation.
