MW ring roller micro powder mill, drawing on modern grinding technology, based on the development trend and demand of the domestic mill market, is a new equipment designed for users of ultra-fine powder processing. It is mainly suitable for lithium pyroxene, calcite, calcium carbonate, dolomite, talc and other non-flammable and explosive materials with Mohs hardness below 7 and humidity below 6%.
Lithium pyroxene crushing production line process introduction: according to the hard rock crushing process, the crushed products are generally 5-40mm, combined with different customer requirements design two or three crushing, crushed products with high grade (4-5% above) can be directly into the metallurgical process to produce lithium carbonate or lithium hydroxide, the size of the finished product is generally around 20-40mm; low grade generally need to enter the ball mill grinding sorting, the size of the finished product is generally (2) lithium mica: from the hardness of soft rock, small output can be considered in accordance with the soft rock crushing process; but the subsequent need to enter the metallurgical process, the customer from the perspective of stable operation, will also require the use of cone crusher in accordance with the hard rock crushing process; crushing finished product size is generally fine. It is also the main raw material for the production of lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide.
MW ring roller micro powder mill, compared with the same finished product size and motor power of air flow mill, mixer mill, ball mill, the output is doubled and energy saving 30%. Forged with special materials, the rings and rolls last approximately one year when grinding calcium carbonate. Product size can be adjusted between 325 mesh and 2500 mesh (47-5 micron). The application of pulse dust collector and muffler greatly reduces dust pollution and noise.
