MTM medium speed trapezium mill maintains the concept of fusing classic and innovative technology. Absorbing the classic suspension roller design of Raymond mill, innovatively changing the spring linkage structure, so that the mill can not only avoid the loss of large pieces of materials to the main shaft and bearings during the working process, but also increase the grinding pressure of the grinding roller on the materials, thus increasing the output. Under ideal working conditions, the energy consumption per unit throughput and new feed unit of the equipment are 1.02kWh/t and 1.48kWh/t respectively, which is more than 60% lower than the electricity consumption required for ball mills of the same grade, effectively reducing production and operation costs. The efficiency of the energy-saving induced draft fan with high-efficiency impeller type stamping and molding is more than 85%, which is greatly improved than the straight blade type fan. Compared with the traditional straight-vane type air duct, the curved air duct design has a smooth inlet with low resistance, and the internal outlet direction is conducive to material dispersion and not easy to block the material, which can effectively reduce the energy consumption of the system.
MTM medium speed trapezium mill, working principle: first the raw material is crushed to the required particle size by crusher, the crushed material is sent to the crushing chamber for processing through electromagnetic vibrating feeder evenly and continuously, the grinding roller swings outward to press the ring under the action of centrifugal force, and finally the boredom is sent to the middle of the ring and the grinding roller to complete the crushing.
