5X pendulum roller mill is the new mature advanced equipment. This machine adopts technologies such as automatic thin oil lubrication system and worm shell elastic shock absorption structure. It can be used to process feldspar, calcite, limestone, talc and other non-metallic minerals. The equipment adopts automatic thin oil lubrication system, all bearings are lubricated by the oil pump installed at the bottom of the main shaft, and the lubrication system starts and stops together with the mill. Compared with grease lubrication, oil bath lubrication can extend the lubrication cycle and reduce the operation cost. Touch oil level detection technology allows oil level to be monitored through the small viewing hole without opening the large access door. The machine has a unique worm shell elastic shock absorption structure, which effectively reduces the damage to the machine from vibration.

5X pendulum roller mill conveys raw materials from the hopper to the grinding chamber in a continuous and quantitative manner. The material is ground in the grinding chamber. The ground powder will be drummed up and graded through the cage classifier. The qualified powder is separated and collected by cyclone collector, and then discharged as final powder by pneumatic discharge valve. The air flow is drawn into the centrifugal blower by the upper tube of the cyclone collector. It is a closed airflow system, circulating under negative pressure.
