Adopting the principle of Doran separator, and each rotor can be frequency-controlled, the fineness of the finished product can be achieved within the selected range, without the need for secondary air separation, and without the existence of the lower product. Due to the principle of ultra-fine grinding and multi-wheel grinding, it saves about 30%-50% energy compared with ordinary mills when producing products of the same fineness, with good economic benefits. Adopting PLC/DCS automatic control of grinding roller pressurization control, grinding pressure is precisely controlled without manual operation. The grinding roller lubrication adopts a separate lubrication station, and the single grinding roller circuit adopts a double pump and pump suction working mode at the same time, so that the grinding roller bearings can be fully lubricated and cooled, and the grinding roller chamber will not leak due to excessive storage.
